The school is jointly organized between the FP7-mPlane and FP7-BigFoot European projects. The goal of the school is to offer participant the knowledge of the technologies that are commonly addressed as "BigData". Topics addressed in the school will cover
- MapReduce programming paradigm
- Hadoop internals and libraries for BigData analysis
- Pig and other high level programming languages for BigData
- Applications to Internet traffic measurement and analysis
